This is Women's Bulky's by Lois Blystone.  Wonderful book with easy to follow instructions.  For any bulky/chunky knitting machine.
From the author:  I have designed all the patterns in this book in a wide range of sizes.  The underarm length of most of them are given in inches so you have your choice of the length. With the popular over-sized look, it is easier to adjust the pattern for any style.  I have also given the sleeve lengths in  inches to save you from calculating to see how long the sleeve will be when finished.
All the garments in this book were knitted on a Studio 155 knitting machine but they can easily be knit on any bulky machine.  A punch card was used only on one of the sweaters and that one could be made with stripes.  All the other techniques were done in other ways.  Alot of the technique could be adapted to other garments also.  All the garments were knit with hand knitting yarns.  Any yarn that matches the gauges can be used.
