    very nice unrestored 100% original Pennsylvania license plate. 1928 issue; number 780-928.  nice serial number matching the year.  15 x 6 inches; dark blue legend on yellow background.
    the plate lies almost completely straight and flat, with just a little bit of prison warp, and has been given a thorough cleaning.  otherwise, the plate is just as it came out of the barn.
